Volunteer

Throughout the year, volunteers are an integral part of the daily operations of The Apprenticeshop. As with any working community there is no shortage of things to be done! We are grateful to the generous people of our community who help accomplish the many tasks that a working waterfront throws our way. In past years, some 50 volunteers donated approximately 2500 hours in support of our programs.
The contributions made by our volunteers enhance the community and the individuals who are a part of it on a daily basis. Volunteers help The Apprenticeshop carry out its mission of inspiring personal growth through craftsmanship, community and the traditions of the sea.
If you are interested in learning more about The Apprenticeshop programs and you have time and talent to share as a volunteer, please email us or call 207-594-1800 and ask about volunteer opportunities.

There are a variety of projects that just might meet the time you have to give. We look forward to hearing from you!
