If this interests you, please contact KC Heyniger .

Employment Opportunities

The Apprenticeshop employs a seasonal staff to instruct our youth sailing courses. We look for individuals with good all around sailing and interpersonal skills to act as leaders and role models to the next generation of sailors in our programs. All interested applicants are encouraged to submit sailing and professional resumes. The Apprenticeshop seeks to “inspire personal growth through craftsmanship, community and the traditions of the sea”. To encourage this, only inquiries directly from applicants themselves will be considered.

“Just wanted to say thanks for another great sailing experience for Haley! I think it’s important to stress to your instructors and junior instructors that they are role models for our youth. The instructors that Haley has had over the last four seasons have been fabulous! They are really doing a great job. Please be sure to let them all know how much we appreciate them. The time they are giving to our kids will always be remembered along with their sailing experiences. Thanks again!”  — Jen & JB Turner, 2005 youth sailing parents
